Tyson is an amazing real estate agent. He was very cordial and professional. He answered our questions without being overbearing or pushy and was extremely patient with the process. I know that this whole process of buying a home can be stressful and have a lot of unknowns, but go with Tyson and you won’t feel any of those.

Tyson was incredibly helpful, kind, and fair throughout the entire process of selling our home. He approached everything with care and professionalism, making sure we felt supported every step of the way. Tyson did an excellent job negotiating with the buyers and worked diligently to get the house sold smoothly and efficiently. Working with Tyson was amazing, if there was more than 5 stars he would have gotten a million, he was a pleasure to work with, made everything easy and simple, even when I lost my cool he was there to let me know things were going to get done and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. He answered all my questions even if I asked them 10 times. He made my buying experience wonderful and better than I could have ever expected buying a home would be. I would recommend anyone to work with him.

Tyson did a fabulous job guiding us through the process of buying our new home. We were purchasing from out of state, which meant that the home tours had to be done virtually rather then in person. Tyson did a great job on the virtual tours and describing the details of the home over video-conference. He was very responsive to our inquires, and it was obvious from the start that he loves what he does. We'd recommend Tyson in a heartbeat.

Tyson was extremely prompt at showing us a house that we found on line, we were viewing it within 3 hours of our request. He continued to be accountable with every issue that presented itself. Never did he hurry us through any of the process of buying a house. We had many questions and he always had answers. He was very kind and had a great sense of humor. Will definitely recommend him to our family and friends who may be looking to buy a new home.

Tyson was willing to list this property when other realtors would not. It was an estate property that had been vacant, in poor condition and had been vandalized. He worked hard to find a buyer at the price I asked. Because of the estate situation, the asking price was not negotiable which made it even harder for him. I live out of the area and he went above and beyond to accommodate details that needed attending to. He was willing to meet with the septic company, with inspectors, etc. so I didn't have to come from out of town to do these things. He kept me informed at all times. I would definitely recommend Tyson to anyone who is thinking about putting their property on the market for sale. You will not be disappointed

We purchased a house and used Tyson Mollette as our real estate agent. Tyson was very friendly, professional, timely and has integrity. The experience we had with him was wonderful. He was very responsive to questions or concerns and made sure to respond within hours. This was the easiest experience we have ever had with a real estate agent. He was able to give me detailed information about other houses in the area and helped me negotiate a better price for the house I was buying. He knew lots of local people to help me do renovations and even gave me the name of the inspector who was amazing.

I just sold my home in Othello Wa, my son Damon told me about Tyson so he set up an appointment on a Wednesday. I showed him my home we discussed the possibilities and Tyson was on board. He told me he’d get back to me by Saturday to let me know, he’s a man of his word, he keeps his promises, which was so important to me and my family. It was a go, by August 20th was the closing date. I wasn’t sure if this could be done on the closing date but I was in to find out my future depended on it. Tyson kept in touch though the 20 days to up -date me on any questions concerns if needed. This is what selling or buying a home is suppose to be like. Best experience I ever had, we learned a lot from this business transaction. This is a true experience, I would recommend Tyson Mollotte if an when your selling or buying a home. I found out It’s all about the results at the end of the day, I was smiling, such a good place to be. Thank you Tyson.

Tyson Mollotte did an excellent job as our real estate agent. He went above and beyond to help us find the type of home we were looking for (a duplex) in the area we wanted, within our price range, and that had all the features on our wish list. He helped us make informed decisions and get everything lined up when we offered, were under contract, and eventually signed on the home. He had lots of good insights and advice, got back to us quickly whenever we needed help or had a question, and really made it a smoother, more informed, less stressful process.
